Membership of board of directors of mobile home park owned or leased by nonprofit organization.
1. The board of directors of a mobile home park owned or leased by a nonprofit organization must consist of a number of members such that one-third of the members of the board are elected by the residents of the park, one-third of the members of the board are appointed by the governing body of the local government with jurisdiction over the location of the park and one-third of the members of the board are appointed by the nonprofit organization owning or leasing the park.
2. The provisions of this section do not apply to a corporate cooperative park.
