“Plan for rating experience” defined. “Plan for rating experience” means a procedure used to predict the future losses of an individual policyholder by measuring his past losses against the losses of other policyholders in the same classification to determine any prospective credit, debit or unitary modifications of premiums for the individual policyholder.
