Termination of settlement within 15 days after receipt of proceeds. A viatical settlement entered into in this state must reserve to the viator an unconditional right to terminate the settlement within 15 days after he receives the proceeds of the settlement. If the insured dies during that period, the settlement is terminated, but the proceeds must be repaid to the provider of the viatical settlement.
