Annual report on loss prevention and control programs.
1. On an annual basis, the Commissioner shall, pursuant to subsection 1 of NRS 680A.290, request each insurer that issues a policy of professional liability insurance to a practitioner licensed pursuant to chapter 630 or 633 of NRS to submit to the Commissioner an annual report on its loss prevention and control programs.
2. Not later than 90 days after the Commissioner receives the annual reports from those insurers, the Commissioner shall submit his report on the loss prevention and control programs of those insurers, along with any recommendations, to the Director of the Legislative Counsel Bureau for transmittal to members of the Legislature.
