Nevada Revised Statutes Section 694C.230 - Insurance

Issuance and renewal; fees for issuance and renewal.

1. If the Commissioner determines that the documents and statements filed by the captive insurer satisfy the requirements for licensure, the Commissioner shall issue a license to the captive insurer. The license is valid for 1 year after the date on which it is issued. The license may be renewed upon the satisfaction of all requirements imposed by the Commissioner and payment of the renewal fee.

2. A captive insurer must pay a fee of $300 for the issuance of a license and an annual fee of $300 for the renewal of a license.
