Required contract with insurance company for provision of insurance, indemnity or reimbursement against cost of health care services. A prepaid limited health service organization shall contract with an insurance company licensed in this State or authorized to do business in this State for the provision of insurance, indemnity or reimbursement against the cost of health care services provided by the prepaid limited health service organization.
