Summary proceedings: Penalty for refusal to deliver property and records. Any person having possession or custody of and refusing to deliver to the Commissioner or his representative upon request any of the property, books, accounts, documents or other records of an insurer against which a seizure order or a summary order has been issued by the Commissioner or by the court, as provided in NRS 696B.500 to 696B.550, inclusive, is guilty of a misdemeanor.
