Nevada Revised Statutes Section 697.290 - Insurance

Records of bail agent. Every bail agent must maintain in his office such records of bail bonds, and such additional information as the Commissioner may reasonably require, executed or countersigned by him to enable the public to obtain all necessary information concerning the bail bonds for at least 3 years after the liability of the surety has been terminated. The records must be open to examination by the Commissioner or his representatives at all times, and the Commissioner at any time may require the licensee to furnish to him, in such manner or form as he requires, any information kept or required to be kept in the records.
