Payment of expenses of proceedings by parent or guardian. The juvenile court may order the parent or guardian of a child to pay, in whole or in part, for the costs related to the proceedings involving the disposition of the case, including, but not limited to:
1. Reasonable attorney’s fees;
2. Any costs incurred by the juvenile court; and
3. Any costs incurred in investigating the acts committed by the child and in taking the child into custody.
