Administrator to print and distribute law, rules, regulations, reports and other material. The Administrator shall cause to be printed for distribution to the public the text of this chapter, his regulations and general and special rules, his reports to the Governor, and any other material he deems relevant and suitable, and shall furnish the same to any person upon application therefor.
