Judgments: Recording of abstract or copy; liens; priorities; execution.
1. An abstract of a judgment entered pursuant to NRS 612.630 or a copy thereof may be recorded with the county recorder of any county in the State of Nevada, and from the time of the recording the amount of the contribution, interest and forfeit therein set forth constitutes a lien upon all the real and personal property of the employer in such county, owned by him or which he may afterward acquire, which lien has the force, effect and priority of a judgment lien.
2. Execution must issue upon such a judgment upon request of the Administrator or his authorized representative in the same manner as execution may issue upon other civil judgments, and sales must be held under such execution as upon other executions upon civil judgments.
