Hearings; judicial review.
1. Any person applying for or receiving vocational rehabilitation who is aggrieved by any action or inaction of the Bureau or the Administrator with respect to him is entitled, in accordance with regulations, to a fair hearing before a hearing officer.
2. A person aggrieved by the decision of a hearing officer is entitled to judicial review of the decision in the manner provided by chapter 233B of NRS.
