“Employee”: Participants in programs of job training administered by Welfare Division of Department of Human Resources. Except as otherwise provided in NRS 616A.125, any person who participates in a program of job training administered by the Welfare Division of the Department of Human Resources shall be deemed for the purposes of chapters 616A to 616D, inclusive, of NRS to be an employee of the Welfare Division at the wage of $150 per month and is entitled to the benefits of those chapters.
