Requirements for designation of chiropractor to rate permanent partial disabilities. The Administrator shall not designate a chiropractor to rate permanent partial disabilities unless the chiropractor has completed an advanced program of training in rating disabilities using the American Medical Association’s Guides to the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment which is offered or approved by the Administrator.
