Inspection of projects. The Division or a person authorized by the Division shall inspect annually at least one project for the control of asbestos conducted by each contractor licensed pursuant to NRS 618.795. The contractor shall, upon request of the Division or a person authorized by the Division, allow the inspection of all property, activities and facilities at the project and all related documents and records.
