Nevada Revised Statutes Section 433A.703 - Mental Health

Right to petition for sealing of records. Any person who is admitted to a public or private hospital or mental health facility in this state either voluntarily or as the result of a noncriminal proceeding, and who has been released as recovered or with his illness in substantial remission, may file a verified petition for the sealing of all court and clinical records relating to his admission and treatment.
