Revocation of certificate: Notice; report of findings. Proceedings for the revocation of a certificate of registration to practice:
1. Architecture or residential design; or
2. As a registered interior designer,
Ê must be preceded by a 30-day written notice of the charges filed with the Board. The Board shall file a written report of its findings in the record of its proceedings and a copy of the report must be sent to the accused.
