Nevada Revised Statutes Section 623A.263 - Professions, Occupations and Businesses

Application; qualifications of applicant. [Effective on the date of the repeal of the federal law requiring each state to establish procedures for withholding, suspending and restricting the professional, occupational and recreational licenses for child support arrearages and for noncompliance with certain processes relating to paternity or child support proceedings.]

1. Any person who:

(a) Is at least 21 years of age;

(b) Is of good moral character;

(c) Is a citizen of the United States or is lawfully entitled to remain and work in the United States; and

(d) Has graduated from a school approved by the Board or has completed at least 4 years of work experience in the practice of landscape architecture in accordance with regulations adopted by the Board,

Ê may submit an application to the Board for a certificate to practice as a landscape architect intern.

2. The application must be submitted on a form furnished by the Board and include the applicable fees prescribed by the Board pursuant to the provisions of NRS 623A.240.
