Penalty. Any person who:
1. Violates any of the provisions of this chapter;
2. Having had his certificate of registration or certificate to practice as a landscape architect intern suspended or revoked, continues to solicit business or otherwise represent himself as a landscape architect or landscape architect intern;
3. Engages in the practice of landscape architecture without holding a certificate of registration or certificate to practice as a landscape architect intern; or
4. Uses the title or term “landscape architect,” “landscape designer,” “landscape consultant,” “landscape draftsman” or “landscape architect intern,” or any other title or term indicating or implying that he is a landscape architect or landscape architect intern, in any sign, card, listing, advertisement or in any other manner without holding a certificate of registration or certificate to practice as a landscape architect intern,
Ê is guilty of a misdemeanor.
