Designation of Ombudsman for Residential Pools and Spas; duties.
1. The Board shall designate an employee as Ombudsman for Residential Pools and Spas.
2. The Ombudsman for Residential Pools and Spas shall:
(a) Assist owners of single-family residences and contractors to understand their rights and responsibilities as set forth in NRS 597.713 to 597.7198, inclusive, and any regulations adopted pursuant thereto.
(b) Notify the Board if it appears that any person has engaged in any act or practice that constitutes a violation of any of the provisions of this chapter or NRS 597.713 to 597.7198, inclusive, or any regulations adopted pursuant thereto.
