Regulations. The Board shall adopt regulations concerning the:
1. Form of a written citation issued pursuant to NRS 624.341;
2. Time required for a licensee or applicant for a license to correct a condition resulting from an act that constitutes a cause for disciplinary action if he is so ordered pursuant to NRS 624.341; and
3. Imposition of an administrative fine pursuant to the provisions of this chapter. The Board must consider:
(a) The gravity of the violation;
(b) The good faith of the licensee; and
(c) Any history of previous violations of the provisions of this chapter by the licensee.
