Time and conduct of examination; method of application; use of uniform examination and grading service.
1. The examination prescribed by the Board must be conducted by the Board not less than once each year.
2. The Board shall prescribe by regulation the methods of applying for and conducting the examination, including the grading of papers and the determination of passing grades. The Board may use all or any part of the Uniform Certified Public Accountants’ Examination and Advisory Grading Service as it deems appropriate to assist it in performing its duties hereunder.
