Eligibility for examination of candidate who has not met requirement concerning experience. A candidate for a certificate of certified public accountant, who has met the educational requirements as provided in NRS 628.200, is eligible to take the examination without waiting until he meets the requirements of experience if he also meets the requirements of paragraphs (a) and (b) of subsection 1 of NRS 628.190.
