Nevada Revised Statutes Section 628.450 - Professions, Occupations and Businesses

Unlawful use of designation “certified public accountant” or “C.P.A.” A natural person shall not assume or use the title or designation “certified public accountant” or the abbreviation “C.P.A.” or any other title, designation, words, letters, abbreviation, sign, card or device tending to indicate that he is a certified public accountant, unless he has received a certificate as a certified public accountant under NRS 628.190 to 628.310, inclusive, holds a live permit, and all of his offices in this state for the practice of public accounting are maintained and registered as required under NRS 628.370.
