Nevada Revised Statutes Section 630.080 - Professions, Occupations and Businesses

Oath or affirmation of office. Before entering upon the duties of his office, each member of the Board shall take:

1. The constitutional oath or affirmation of office; and

2. An oath or affirmation that he is legally qualified to serve on the Board.
