Sufficiency of allegations of complaint seeking injunctive relief. In seeking injunctive relief against any person for an alleged violation of this chapter by practicing homeopathic medicine without a license or certificate, it is sufficient to allege that he did, upon a certain day, and in a certain county of this state, engage in the practice of homeopathic medicine without having a license or certificate to do so, without alleging any further or more particular facts concerning the matter.
