Nevada Revised Statutes Section 632.480 - Professions, Occupations and Businesses

Injunctions against violations of chapter. Whenever the Board believes from evidence satisfactory to it that any person has violated or is about to violate any of the provisions of this chapter, or any order, license, certificate, permit, decision, demand or requirement, or any part or provision thereof, it may bring an action, in the name of the Board, in the district court in and for the county in which the person resides, against the person to enjoin him from continuing the violation or engaging therein or doing any act or acts in furtherance thereof. In the action an order or judgment may be entered awarding such preliminary or final injunction as may be proper, but no preliminary injunction or temporary restraining order may be granted without at least 5 days’ notice to the opposite party.
