Nevada Revised Statutes Section 633.211 - Professions, Occupations and Businesses

Oaths of office. Before entering upon the duties of his office, each member of the Board shall take:

1. The constitutional oath of office; and

2. An oath that he is legally qualified to serve on the Board.
