Retaliation or discrimination against employee who reports or participates in investigation or proceeding relating to sentinel event or certain conduct of osteopathic physician: Legal recourse of employee. An employee of an osteopathic physician who believes that he has been retaliated or discriminated against in violation of NRS 633.505 may file an action in a court of competent jurisdiction for such relief as may be appropriate under the law.
