Nevada Revised Statutes Section 633.571 - Professions, Occupations and Businesses

Examination of medical competency. If the Board has reason to believe that the conduct of any osteopathic physician has raised a reasonable question as to his competence to practice osteopathic medicine with reasonable skill and safety to patients, the Board may cause a medical competency examination of the physician for purposes of determining his fitness to practice osteopathic medicine with reasonable skill and safety to patients.
