Notice and hearing. Any person against whom charges have been made shall be notified of that fact and a copy of the charges shall be sent to him by the Board. He shall be given a fair and impartial trial by the Board, whose decision shall be made by a majority vote of its members. If the Board receives a report pursuant to subsection 5 of NRS 228.420, a hearing must be held within 30 days after receiving the report.
