Nevada Revised Statutes Section 637B.260 - Professions, Occupations and Businesses

Complaint against applicant or licensee: Contents; form.

1. A complaint may be made against any applicant for a license or any licensee charging one or more of the grounds for disciplinary action with such particularity as to enable the defendant to prepare a defense.

2. The complaint must be in writing and be signed and verified by the person making it.
