Date for hearing; notice of hearing and complaint to be furnished defendant. Not later than 15 days after the filing of a complaint, the Board shall fix a date for the hearing, which date must not be less than 20 days nor more than 45 days after the date the complaint is filed. If the Board receives a report pursuant to subsection 5 of NRS 228.420, a hearing must be held within 30 days after receiving the report. The Board shall immediately mail to the defendant, by certified mail, return receipt requested, a copy of the complaint and a notice showing the time, date and place of the hearing.
