Veterinary technicians: Regulations of Board; responsibility of supervising veterinarian.
1. The Board shall adopt regulations pertaining to and limiting the activities of veterinary technicians.
2. Regulations adopted by the Board pursuant to this section do not reduce the responsibility of the licensed veterinarian for acts performed by the veterinary technician on his behalf and under his supervision and control.
