False representation as practitioner or agent; unauthorized transmission of order for prescription by agent.
1. Except as provided in NRS 453.331 and 454.311, it is unlawful for any person falsely to represent himself as a practitioner entitled to write prescriptions in this state, or the agent of such a person, for the purpose of transmitting to a pharmacist an order for a prescription.
2. It is unlawful for the agent of a practitioner entitled to write prescriptions in this state willfully to transmit to a pharmacist an order for a prescription if the agent is not authorized by the practitioner to transmit such order.
