Qualifications. To be eligible for licensure by the Board as a physical therapist, an applicant must:
1. Be of good moral character;
2. Have graduated from a school in which he completed a curriculum of physical therapy approved by the Board; and
3. Pass to the satisfaction of the Board an examination designated by the Board, unless he is entitled to licensure without examination as provided in NRS 640.120 or 640.140.
