Nevada Revised Statutes Section 640A.140 - Professions, Occupations and Businesses

Application for license. [Effective on the date of the repeal of the federal law requiring each state to establish procedures for withholding, suspending and restricting the professional, occupational and recreational licenses for child support arrearages and for noncompliance with certain processes relating to paternity or child support proceedings.] A person who desires to be licensed by the Board as an occupational therapist or occupational therapy assistant must:

1. Submit an application to the Board on a form furnished by the Board; and

2. Provide evidence satisfactory to the Board that he possesses the qualifications required pursuant to subsections 1, 2 and 3 of NRS 640A.120.
