Unauthorized practice prohibited; required supervision; penalty.
1. Except as otherwise provided in NRS 629.091, a person shall not practice occupational therapy, or represent that he is authorized to practice occupational therapy, in this state unless he holds a current license issued pursuant to this chapter.
2. A licensed occupational therapist shall directly supervise the work of any person who assists him as an aide or technician.
3. A person who violates any provision of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor.
