Examination regarding competency to practice psychology. If the Board has reason to believe that the conduct of any psychologist has raised a reasonable question as to his competence to practice psychology with reasonable skill and safety to patients, the Board may require him to take a written or oral examination to determine whether he is competent to practice psychology. If an examination is required, the reasons therefor must be documented and made available to the psychologist being examined.
