Rehearing: Time for application. If the Board, a panel of its members or a hearing officer revokes, suspends or places conditions on a license for a fixed time, the holder of the license may apply for a rehearing within 10 days and the Board, a panel of its members or a hearing officer may grant the application within 30 days thereafter.
