Nevada Revised Statutes Section 641A.260 - Professions, Occupations and Businesses

Renewal: Application; fee; continuing education. [Effective on the date of the repeal of the federal law requiring each state to establish procedures for withholding, suspending and restricting the professional, occupational and recreational licenses for child support arrearages and for noncompliance with certain processes relating to paternity or child support proceedings.]

1. To renew a license issued pursuant to this chapter, each person must, on or before the date of expiration of the current license:

(a) Apply to the Board for renewal;

(b) Pay the fee for renewal set by the Board; and

(c) Submit evidence to the Board of his completion of the requirements for continuing education.

2. The Board shall, as a prerequisite for the renewal of a license, require each holder to comply with the requirements for continuing education adopted by the Board.
