Unlawful to use certain terms without license. It is unlawful for any person, other than a person licensed under this chapter, to employ or use the term “marriage and family counselor,” “marriage and family therapist,” “marital adviser,” “marital therapist,” or “marital consultant,” or any similar title in connection with his work, or in any way imply that he is licensed by the Board, unless he is licensed under this chapter.
