Injunctive relief. A violation of this chapter by a person unlawfully representing himself as a marriage and family therapist may be enjoined by a district court on petition by the Board. In any such proceeding it is not necessary to show that any person is individually injured. If the respondent is found guilty of misrepresenting himself as a marriage and family therapist, the court shall enjoin him from making such a representation until he has been licensed. Procedure in such cases is the same as in any other application for an injunction. The remedy by injunction is in addition to criminal prosecution and punishment.
