Nevada Revised Statutes Section 641B.200 - Professions, Occupations and Businesses

Preliminary qualifications. Each applicant for a license shall furnish evidence satisfactory to the Board that he is:

1. At least 21 years of age.

2. A citizen of the United States, or is lawfully entitled to remain and work in the United States.
