Nevada Revised Statutes Section 641B.410 - Professions, Occupations and Businesses

Filing of written complaint. The Board, any of its members or any member of a review panel of social workers who becomes aware that any one or combination of the grounds for initiating disciplinary action may exist as to a person practicing social work in this state shall, and any other person who is so aware may, file a written complaint specifying the relevant facts with the Board. The complaint must specifically charge one or more of the grounds for initiating disciplinary action.
