Duties of Secretary-Treasurer. The Secretary-Treasurer of the Board shall prepare and maintain:
1. A separate list of the names and addresses of:
(a) The applicants for a license;
(b) The applicants for a certificate;
(c) The licensed counselors;
(d) The certified counselors; and
(e) The certified interns.
2. A record of each examination conducted by the Board.
3. An inventory of:
(a) The property of the Board; and
(b) The property of this state that is in the possession of the Board.
