Interlocal agreements with Indian tribes. The Board may enter into an interlocal agreement with an Indian tribe to provide to members of the tribe training in the practice of counseling alcohol and drug abusers to assist those persons in obtaining licenses and certificates as alcohol and drug abuse counselors.
