Availability of judicial review; exceptions.
1. Except as otherwise provided in subsection 2, a person may seek judicial review of any final decision of the Board that is made pursuant to the provisions of this chapter or chapter 451 or 452 of NRS. Such judicial review must be conducted pursuant to the provisions of chapter 233B of NRS that apply to a contested case.
2. A person may not seek judicial review of any decision of the Board that orders an immediate suspension of a license, permit or certificate pursuant to NRS 642.518.
