“Manicurist” defined. “Manicurist” means any person who, for compensation or by demonstration, engages in the practices of:
1. Care of another’s fingernails or toenails.
2. Beautification of another’s nails.
3. Extension of another’s nails.
4. Massaging of another’s hands, forearms, feet or lower legs.
