Nevada Revised Statutes Section 645.044 - Professions, Occupations and Businesses

Use of terms “salesman,” “saleswoman” and “salesperson” authorized.

1. A person licensed as a real estate salesman may use the term “real estate salesman,” “real estate saleswoman” or “real estate salesperson” in the course of doing business.

2. A person licensed as a real estate broker-salesman may use the term “real estate broker-salesman,” “real estate broker-saleswoman” or “real estate broker-salesperson” in the course of doing business.
